Standard & Handling $9.95 Expedited & Handling $55 Please use the guide below to estimate delivery times. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Notes: Expedited and Express orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST (noon) are usually shipped the same business day. Expedited and Express orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST (noon) will be processed and shipped the next business day. -- Standard (UPS or Basic): Delivered within 4-8 business days (1-3 business days processing time, 3-5 business days shipping time. -- Expedited (UPS 2nd Day): Delivered within 2-3 business days (1 business day processing time, 1 business day shipping time*) -- Handmade Item Standard: Delivered within 10-15 business days (1 business days processing time, 2-6 business days shipping time.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you're happy with your purchase but in the event you need to return an item, returns are accepted on merchandise that is in original, unused condition (including all packaging and tags) within 10 business days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns of handmade goods are nonrefundable. If these items are returned in violation of return policy, they will be sent back to the customer.

PAYMENT, PRICING, & PROMOTION

A 8.75% sales tax will be applied for all orders delivered to New York State. All orders are processed through Pay Pal upon checkout. Promotions, discounts and promotional codes (collectively "Promotions") are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless otherwise stated. How to use a promotion code: 1) Add items to your cart. 2) When you have finished shopping, click on your My Cart. 3) Enter your promotion code in the 'Discount Codes' box located in your My Cart. 4) Click the 'Apply Coupon' button, then 'proceed to checkout.

GENERAL

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
